Hi, Did you want anyone to be able to view that spreadsheet when they visit your blog? If so, you should check the "Allow anyone to view" checkbox on the SHARE tab of that spreadsheet (within Google Spreadsheets)...
Or... use the PUBLISH tab and post that link - which gives a faster, pure HTML view... If you get ambitious, the "more publishing options" can give you code to insert in your blog post which shows the spreadsheet (or portions of it) WITHIN the post itself (use the "HTML to embed in a web page" format) Have fun!
